Accessibility

FuelTripCost aims to make its calculators and guides usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and small screens. This statement describes implemented practices and is not a claim of formal WCAG certification.

Implemented practices

• A skip link moves keyboard focus to the main content.
• Form controls have visible labels and accessible names.
• Validation errors are written in text, associated with fields where applicable, and summarized in an alert.
• Calculated results use live regions so assistive technology can announce updates.
• Keyboard focus is visible and interactive targets are sized for touch use.
• Layouts reflow for narrow screens, and wide data tables can scroll without forcing the whole page to overflow.
